La Vallette vin rouge 0.75L

This dry, red wine has fruity aromas of Cherries and ripe plums with hints of dark chocolates and some fresh tobacco notes. Medium to full bodied with velvety tanninsand a pleasant long lingering finish. Enjoy on its own or with pizza, pasta, red meat dishes or cheeses. Best served between 17 – 19° C.

Grand Master Jean Parisot de Vallette received the sword, with a gilded and diamond-studded hilt, from King Philippe II of Spain following the 1565 Siege of  Victory. In 1798 Napleon Bonaparte took the sword after capturing the island. It remains in Paris, at the Lourve.
