1. The owner of this Website is JCS Supplies and Services.

2. Your contract for purchases made through the Site is with JCS Supplies and Services.

3. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. In the instance of incorrect pricing, if you exercise your right to cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to place the order and will amount to an acceptance by A Taste of Malta of your offer to buy goods from JCS Supplies and Services.

5. You agree that email can be a long-distance communication method.

6. The confirmatory email will also contain a link to these terms and conditions, and may be amended from time to time.

7. You must check that the details on this confirmatory email are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

8. A Taste of Malta will not pass on your personal, credit, or debit card details to any third party except where an additional security check may be deemed necessary. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please view this document for further information.

9. You undertake that all details you provide to A Taste of Malta or the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that any credit or debit cards you are using are your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

10. You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Site under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password.

12. All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

13. All cancellations must be made within 3 working days.

14. Any Frozen goods are non-refundable after the frozen goods have been dispatched.

15. We can accept cancellations by telephone at +44 7714 418307 and email at jcscateringservices(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)googlemail.com during normal office hours (Mon-Fri 9:30 am – 5:00 pm). You may also withdraw from the contract at any time before the product(s) has been dispatched, any time after you may be able to return the product(s) at JCS Supplies and Services discretion. The notice of cancellation by email to jcscateringservices(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)googlemail.com ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number, or where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to JCS Supplies and Services unopened together with the original invoice. JCS Supplies and Services will give you a store credit for the purchase price of the goods. JCS Supplies and Services reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in resalable condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. JCS Supplies and Services also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16. JCS Supplies and Services shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from the delivery of frozen goods through the courier service, due to the requirements of shipping frozen products.

17. Negligence abnormal (including unhygienic) working conditions failure to follow the Seller’s reasonable instructions (whether oral or in writing) accidents in which the Goods cannot reasonably be expected to withstand misuse or inadequate storage or alteration of the goods without the Seller’s approval.

18. JCS Supplies and Services shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Goods arising from any specification supplied by the Buyer

19. We deliver by courier and charge the following rates. The flat rate for orders in the UK – is £19.99. Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday to arrive the next day. If the order is received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped the following week, in accordance with the workload. An email will be sent when shipped.

20. Orders are processed strictly on a first-in-first basis. In the event that you have any
special occasion or activity, it would be highly appreciated if you could place the order at least a month in advance of the date of the celebration so that you will not be disappointed.
We will always keep you posted when it will be delivered.

21. Please allow 14 working days for foods marked ‘Pre order’ although most times it will be earlier. We will notify you by email or text when it will be delivered.

22. Due to unforeseen circumstances we have decided not to order any orders unless fully paid, including the delivery charges. In the event that payment will not go through on the website, we may even try to call you and request payment over the phone. However, if we will get no response, we will take it as you are not interested in the order anymore and cancel the order.

23. Payment methods include Paypal, Bank transfer to the account listed on the website, Payment over the phone by card, Revolut and later we are also processing payments by debit/credit cards through Sum-up.
